{"id":13990,"date":"2021-01-26T02:32:12","date_gmt":"2021-01-26T00:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/caltip.cat\/esperant-al-client-ideal\/"},"modified":"2026-01-01T12:26:05","modified_gmt":"2026-01-01T10:26:05","slug":"esperant-al-client-ideal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/caltip.cat\/ca\/esperant-al-client-ideal\/","title":{"rendered":"ESPERANT AL CLIENT IDEAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Li ficarem m\u00e9s ingredients al brou, com si no tingu\u00e9ssim suficients &#8220;components i matisos&#8221; durant tot el dia en el desenvolupament professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">No \u00e9s que no comprin:<\/mark> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">\u00e9s que no t\u2019entenen<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client ideal, pensament cr\u00edtic i innovaci\u00f3 real en la comunicaci\u00f3 empresarial<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ens agrada comprar per\u00f2 el que no suportem \u00e9s que ens tractin com si no pens\u00e9ssim.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I aquest error \u2014tant habitual com car\u2014 explica per qu\u00e8 molts projectes no venen, no connecten i no avancen, tot i que \u201cho estiguin fent tot\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprar activa el criteri: escollir, comparar i decidir amb la sensaci\u00f3 que controlem la decisi\u00f3. Vendre malament, en canvi, activa el rebuig, no per la venda en si, sin\u00f3 per com es planteja: des de la pressa, la repetici\u00f3 de f\u00f3rmules buides i una preocupant manca de comprensi\u00f3 de l\u2019altre. Es parla molt, s\u2019insisteix m\u00e9s i s\u2019escolta poc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El problema no \u00e9s que els clients en comprin poc; el problema \u00e9s que no saben qui ets ni per qu\u00e8 haurien de prestar-te atenci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 inc\u00f2moda perqu\u00e8 despla\u00e7a el focus. Ja no serveix refugiar-se en \u201cel mercat est\u00e0 dif\u00edcil\u201d, \u201cla gent no inverteix\u201d o \u201cning\u00fa valora el que fem\u201d. Si no t\u2019entenen, no et poden escollir. I no entendre no \u00e9s un error del mercat, sin\u00f3 una fallada de claredat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des de dins del projecte tot sembla evident. Tu coneixes el teu producte, el teu servei, el valor que aportes i l\u2019esfor\u00e7 que hi ha al darrere, per\u00f2 el mercat no viu dins del teu cap ni t\u00e9 l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de desxifrar-lo. I pensar que \u201csi em coneguessin, comprarien\u201d \u00e9s una forma amable d\u2019autoengany. El coneixement no es pressuposa: <strong>es construeix<\/strong>, amb focus, coher\u00e8ncia i temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed conv\u00e9 activar el pensament cr\u00edtic i fer-se una pregunta inc\u00f2moda, per\u00f2 necess\u00e0ria: estic comunicant perqu\u00e8 m\u2019entenguin o per tranquil\u00b7litzar-me a mi? Perqu\u00e8, moltes vegades, la comunicaci\u00f3 no busca ser compresa; busca confirmar que \u201cja ho he explicat\u201d. I no \u00e9s el mateix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ser a tot arreu no \u00e9s el mateix que ser rellevant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La visibilitat sense criteri no \u00e9s estrat\u00e8gia; \u00e9s soroll. Molta activitat, molt moviment i poca direcci\u00f3, publicar m\u00e9s, obrir m\u00e9s canals o \u201cprovar coses\u201d sense una base clara no corregeix el problema de fons, sin\u00f3 que l\u2019amplifica. Abans de parlar de vendes, creixement o innovaci\u00f3, hi ha una decisi\u00f3 que no es pot esquivar: saber a qui t\u2019adreces de deb\u00f2. No en abstracte, no \u201cm\u00e9s o menys\u201d, no \u201ctothom que ho pugui necessitar\u201d. Aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s visi\u00f3 ni ambici\u00f3; \u00e9s dispersi\u00f3, i la dispersi\u00f3 es paga cara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definir el client ideal no \u00e9s un exercici est\u00e8tic ni una fitxa de m\u00e0rqueting per justificar accions. \u00c9s una <strong>decisi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica<\/strong> que obliga a renunciar: a agradar a tothom, a dir que s\u00ed a qualsevol oportunitat i a sostenir missatges c\u00f2modes, amplis i ambigus que no incomoden ning\u00fa, per\u00f2 tampoc connecten amb ning\u00fa. Sense aquesta definici\u00f3, es fan moltes coses, per\u00f2 no s\u2019avan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El client digital no espera que el convencin; espera coher\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avui el client observa m\u00e9s del que parla i decideix abans del que imagines. Analitza, contrasta, llegeix entre l\u00ednies i detecta r\u00e0pidament l\u2019exageraci\u00f3, la incoher\u00e8ncia i el fum. No necessita grans discursos per saber si alguna cosa encaixa o no. Quan no encaixa, no demana explicacions: se\u2019n va i aqu\u00ed la innovaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s utilitzar m\u00e9s eines, sin\u00f3 entendre com decideix avui l\u2019altre i adaptar la teva manera de comunicar, treballar i aportar valor a aquesta realitat concreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innovar, en aquest context, no \u00e9s fer l\u2019\u00faltim ni el m\u00e9s vist\u00f3s. \u00c9s fer el que t\u00e9 sentit ara, per a aquest client i en aquest moment. Tota la resta \u00e9s cosm\u00e8tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pensar molt no garanteix avan\u00e7ar; fer molt, tampoc.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estrat\u00e8gia sense acci\u00f3 es queda en teoria, i l\u2019acci\u00f3 sense estrat\u00e8gia desgasta. Hi ha projectes molt ben pensats que no s\u2019executen i d\u2019altres molt actius que no saben cap a on van. En tots dos casos, el resultat sol ser el mateix: cansament, frustraci\u00f3 i sensaci\u00f3 d\u2019estancament. Avan\u00e7ar exigeix decidir, provar, mesurar i ajustar, amb criteri, sense \u00e8pica innecess\u00e0ria i assumint una realitat inc\u00f2moda: no decidir tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s una decisi\u00f3, i acostuma a sortir cara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans de buscar solucions, eines o receptes noves, conv\u00e9 fer un diagn\u00f2stic honest. Entendre en quina fase real es troba el projecte, no en la que ens agradaria: viabilitat, planificaci\u00f3, posada en marxa, implementaci\u00f3 o revisi\u00f3. Cada fase requereix decisions diferents. Aplicar receptes gen\u00e8riques sense aquesta an\u00e0lisi pr\u00e8via no \u00e9s innovar; <strong>\u00e9s improvisar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Vendre no \u00e9s pressionar.<br>Comunicar no \u00e9s insistir.<br>Cr\u00e9ixer no \u00e9s fer m\u00e9s coses.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9ixer \u00e9s fer les que toquen, quan toquen i per a qui toquen. Quan entens a qui t\u2019adreces, com decideix i qu\u00e8 necessita, vendre deixa de ser un problema i es converteix en una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia l\u00f2gica d\u2019haver fet b\u00e9 la feina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Els negocis no han de ser perfectes, han de ser complets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pensar amb criteri, comunicar amb claredat i innovar amb sentit no \u00e9s opcional; \u00e9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de superviv\u00e8ncia professional. En un context saturat de missatges, eines i promeses, la difer\u00e8ncia no la marca qui crida m\u00e9s, sin\u00f3 qui <strong>s\u2019ent\u00e9n millor<\/strong> i <strong>tria amb rigor<\/strong> on posa el focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed tot aix\u00f2 inc\u00f2mode, millor. La incomoditat acostuma a ser el primer s\u00edmptoma que alguna cosa necessita ser revisada.
